Earlier this year, Chocolate City lost two of its very talented artistes, Jesse Jagz and Brymo.
And, while Jesse Jagz let us know earlier that his reason for leaving was to set up his own structure for his solo career; we have been left with a sort of void as to what complications led to Brymo‘s departure soon after him.
Recently, in a press conference the artiste called, with Nigezie present, the ‘son of a kapenta’ explains that his reason for leaving was a breach of contract. He goes on to say that he had to ‘dump’ the contract because ‘he knows the Nigerian law system cannot save him’ [sic]. His closing words were:
“Since I left Chocolate City, I’ve been working on my own personal stuff and seeing if I can take myself farther from where they stopped.”
Check on it!
