Lil Wayne threw a lavish
13th birthday for his daughter "Reginae Carter"
in Atlanta at the private Callanwolde Mansion, Reginae Carter a very girly
purple and pink sparkling ball gown for her big occasion that welcomed her into
the teenaged world .
I
know Lil wayne has a
daughter but I do not know she is 13. She can be mixed up for his girl friend.
