Following in the footsteps of Toyin Aimakhu and Niyi Johnson who recently got married, wedding bells would soon be ringing for another Nollywood/Tinsel pair, Mimi Orjiekwe and Charles ‘Billion’ Pius.
Mimi, a rising star and Charles, a former ‘Tinsel’ actor who has also featured in a few Nollywood flicks including ‘Saving an Enemy’, recently got engaged in Zanzibar, Tanzania on July 18, 2013, according to findings by Nigerian Entertainment Today.
We’re told the surprise proposal happened while the actress was in Tanzania on holiday celebrating her birthday with a few friends, one of which was actress, Moyo Lawal.

Billion who was also on the island suddenly showed up with a birthday cake with the writing, ‘Will u marry me’ on it, plus and an engagement ring and proposed to Mimi.
Sources say Charles and Mimi met in the early part of 2012 and have since been enjoying a sizzling romance.
No date has been fixed for the wedding, but if the pair does get married, it would mark the second time that a Tinsel actor would be scooping a Nollywood actress.
