Blade Runner Oscar Pistorius Granted Bail

Step by step: Pistorius' account of how the events unfolded at his upscale Pretoria home on Valentine's Day

Day of reckoning: Oscar Pistorius is continuing his fight for bail in the fourth day of a dramatic court hearing

After four days of dramatic testimony at Pretoria Magistrate's Court, Blade runner, Oscar Pristorius has been granted bail.

He won his application for bail after Magistrate Desmond Nair ruled that he was not a flight risk.

Pistorius, 26, is charged with one count of premeditated murder over the February 14 killing his model girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp. He says the shooting was accidental because he thought she was a dangerous intruder inside his home.

He is now free to go home until the trial commences June 4.

His bail was set at one million rand, with one hundred thousand rand paid immediately. He's also not allowed to drink alcohol or return to the home were he killed Reeva.
Bail conditions include a ban on leaving Pretoria.

At this rate, who knows? Oscar might just walk away a free man at the end of the day.
