Artiste and Leadcity University Student Found Dead in Swimming Pool of Manager's Lekki, Lagos Home


It's sad but we report this type of stories to serve as a lesson to young people to be more careful because life is precious. If you are not good at swimming please avoid the swimming pool or use a life jacket and infact never move near the sea whenever you go to the beach.
19-Year-Old Obidare Oluwaseyi a.k.a Young Zeely, a fast-rising talented rapper and 200Level Accounting Student of Lead City University Ibadan, is dead.

According to information made available by a close family member of the late artiste, Young Zeely who recently released an album drown in the 11ft swimming pool of his manager's Lekki house, in Lagos. 





The young act was said to have gone on his usual visit to his manager's house like three weeks ago and decided to join the other children in swimming when the horrible incident happened.

We further found out that, Young Zeely had been living with his uncle, Pastor Obidare who heads the Foursquare Church branch at Agboyi, Ketu area of Lagos state.

Young Zealy's real dad(the pastor's brother) leaves abroad while his mum is late and he was supposed to travel in the month of October to meet his dad abroad.

The manager(name withheld), we were told manages both her children's music career, and that of Young Zeely's before his death.

According to his profile on music sharing site Reverbnation, Young Zeely's role models are AKON, Chris Brown, T.I., Jay Z and Justin Timberlake.

He said he has a great ambition to conquer the industry and was looking for a record deal to enable him finally break in and bring a Grammy home, to Nigeria.

"Give God the Glory in anything that you do", was the last statement he posted on his facebook fanpage on August 28, 2013 (that's like a few days before he died).
