Miley Cyrus, once again, winked and sticked her tongue out at her audience while performing on stage at the 2013 iHeartRadio Music Festival yesterday evening (September 21).
The 20-year-old entertainer performed a few songs for the event which held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas while wearing a completely sheer outfit and nipple pasties on her breasts.
