Known for her bizzare props and outlandish sense of style(particularly on stage), it comes as no surprise that pop superstar Lady Gaga had turned a wheel chair into a golden accessory.

The convalescent who recently cancelled 25 remaining dates for her US tour after a mandatory hip surgery, decided to spin around in style-ordering a custom made 24 carat gold wheel chair.

Created for her by Ken Borochov of luxury brand Mordekai, the distinct chair with a vintage feel comes with a black tufted calf leather seat and a removable leather canopy.

Giving more insight on his rare creation, Designer Borochov said in a statement that he created the 'chariot' in a week and took inspiration from a throne.

'I certainly wasn't expecting that phone call and have never done a wheelchair but am always up for a challenge and was thrilled to create what I affectionately dubbed the Chariot, a chair fit only for a queen,' he explained.

He also indicated that at least 1.5 ounces of gold were plated onto the chair, but refused to disclose how much Gaga paid for the masterpiece.

What better way to recovery than in a golden wheel chair? Lol.

Rich people and their obsession with all things golden though.
